About Us

Neighbors was co-founded by Brittany Korona and Laura Wiegand, two actual Shaker neighbors with a shared passion for art making.

Brittany Korona is a Shaker resident with extensive experience in retail sales, inventory curation, and marketing, and will put these skills to work as the managing partner for retail and marketing at Neighbors. She is a painter and jewelry artist who sells her work at markets and online.

Laura Wiegand is a Shaker native and current resident. She holds a masters degree in Art Education, and is a working ceramicist of functional and decorative wares. Additionally, she has a professional background in non-profit administration, including development work, program management, and as an executive director of a small arts organization.
