Birthday Parties at Neighbors!

Let us handle the mess for your kid's next birthday! We offer a variety of projects that can be adapted to the appropriate age group. Parties start with an arrival activity, transition to a 60 minute project window, and end with the food and beverage you provide. Neighbors goodie bags available for an extra fee.

• Headcount: 10 kids, 2 adults (Can request additional headcount)

• Duration: 2 hours

• Pricing: starting at $250. Certain activities, goodie bags, and additional headcount may increase the price.

Policy

Payment in full is due at the time of booking. Certain activities may impact the party price and the ability to add additional guests. Parties may be canceled for a full refund three (3) or more weeks out from the date. After that, refunds will only be issued if we are able to fill the slot with another party, unless otherwise agreed upon by the Studio.

If the Studio has to cancel your party for any reason, such as power outage or staffing shortage, you will receive a full refund and a 25% discount on a rescheduled party or class enrollment of your choice. We of course don't anticipate this happening!

All attendees must sign waivers.
Additional attendees beyond agreed upon headcount are not permitted.

Party activities will be agreed upon in advance and only the materials for that project will be available for use.

Attendees must remain in the Studio for the duration of the party. They may not enter the retail storefront or hang out outside the building.

The contact for the party (parent or caregiver) must be 18+ and must remain at the Studio until all attendees have been picked up.

Food, beverage, paper products and serving utensils are your responsibility. Alcohol is not permitted. We do NOT have a fridge or freezer available for use.

You may arrive up to 30 minutes early to decorate and await guests. You will have a 20 minute grace period after the party to load out and ensure all attendees are picked up.
